Gardening

Last week on the 25th we started gardening and we planted all sorts of plants and vegetable and fruit. We did lettuce and potatoes and peas. We also had to stab the soil for the worms to go through easily. we also put sticks around the peas so that when the peas grow they grow around the sticks so that it would not go everywhere. When we planted the potatoes we had to dig a line for the potatoes to go in. After we dug the soil we put the potatoes we had to spread them a part. After we did that we tipped out the potato food it was really weird because the potato food looked like rocks. Then we dag the soil back onto the potatoes. We also planted some lettuce we did the same thing we dug a line for the lettuce then we put the lettuce in and we dug the soil back in. We did that to the rest of the lettuce. we learnt that we should not kill worms because they are good for the gardening. Mrs Jones said to always water the plants at the end of the day and the start of the day. thank you blog you later!!.
